Your Profile
Reporting to the Sr. Director of Revenue Operations, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the go-to-market infrastructure supporting, the Marketing and Sales Development teams. You have a background in Marketing Operations or Demand Generation–with a focus on campaign execution and management.

This position is a cornerstone in SourceDay's pursuit of operational excellence and market expansion. Success will be measured by your ability to streamline our go-to-market operations, enhancing efficiency and impact across marketing and sales development channels. You'll be tasked with aligning our technology stack, including Marketo, Salesforce, and Outreach with our workflows to ensure seamless, scalable campaigns that drive demand and generate valuable leads.
