We are looking to add a talented senior marketing manager to help guide and execute our go-to-market strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong experience in content marketing and campaign management, with the ability to craft strategy and execute operationally. Passionate, creative, and organized, this candidate is a quick learner, relentless problem-solver, and loves collaborating with others to create great content and badass campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue. 

Reporting directly to the head of marketing, the Sr Marketing Manager will work cross functionally with sales, marketing, CS, and product colleagues and contractors to ensure on time, high quality delivery of campaigns and programs. 

Key Responsibilities

Content Marketing

  • Develop and manage the website roadmap, in order to grow site traffic and increase site conversion. Manage contractors and choreograph delivery of content requests from a variety of internal teams.
  • Collaborate with executives and contractors to on build and execute our GEO and AEO strategy
  • Develop and manage our organic social media strategy and content calendar. Ensure consistent publication of posts that drive follower growth and quality audience engagement. 
  • Own our email marketing strategy, to drive continuous improvement in email performance across a variety of email campaigns to customers, prospects, and partners. Monitor email deliverability and database hygiene.
  • Work with marketing colleagues to deliver integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, target audience engagement, and quality conversions.
  • Analyze website, email, and organic social media performance metrics. Synthesize results into actionable insights that improve site traffic, target audience engagement and early pipeline.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing programs with go-to-market strategies and quarterly goals and objectives.

Marketing Communications

  • Craft compelling messaging and content for various channels, including email campaigns, press releases, social media, website, and more.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of thought leadership materials, including white papers, blogs, and customer case studies.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure brand consistency, on-time delivery of campaigns and assets, and high-quality deliverables.


Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 7-8 years of professional marketing experience, preferably in the B2B SaaS industry. Supply Chain or related experience is a plus.
  • Proven track record in planning and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing tools, CRM platforms, and analytics software. Wordpress, Adobe Creative Cloud, SFDC, and Marketo preferred.
