In this role, you will support the successful setup and onboarding of new customers on SourceDay’s SaaS platform. You'll work under the guidance of experienced Implementation Managers and Engineers to coordinate tasks, learn technical and business fundamentals, and help ensure a smooth customer experience from contract close through deployment.

Responsibilities:
  • Effectively plan and schedule project timeline and resources while clearly communicating priorities and deliverables, risks, and managing client expectations
  • Assist with tracking project milestones and deliverables.
  • Participate in customer meetings to understand goals and document requirements.
  • Communicate updates and action items with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Help maintain implementation documentation and handoff materials.
  • Identify potential roadblocks and escalate issues when appropriate.
  • Learn SourceDay’s platform and implementation methodology to grow into more senior roles.
Qualifications:
  • 0–2 years of experience in project coordination, customer success, or related fields (internships or co-op experience welcome).
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required—open to candidates with a strong interest in SaaS, supply chain, or project management.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Excel, and task tracking software is a plus.
  • Utilize your creativity to turn real problems into simple and elegant solutions to be shared and built upon with your peers 
  • You are able to communicate quickly and effectively, through multiple channels, displaying the ability to connect and build relationships with both internal and external clients
  • You are passionate about helping our customers maximize the benefits of SourceDay and understand the importance of success to the account and the individual
  • You love the creative process and think outside-the-box
  • You know how to prioritize the critical without losing sight of other initiatives
  • Strong desire to be an active, long-term participant in the growth of your individual professional skills, as well as our corporate and product initiatives
