SourceDay is the leading cloud-based software solution that automates the procurement and purchase order management process for organizations to manage their direct spend.
We’re currently expanding our Sales team by adding professionals to increase our annual revenue targets by adding net new customer logos. This position will be responsible for carrying an individual quota to support company and ERP franchise goals.
SourceDay is looking for an Account Executive to join our team in our Austin office. An Account Executive is responsible for hitting their personal quota, supporting ERP franchise goals, understanding the importance of building and maintaining relationships, team player, and projecting an environment of continuous learning.
The Account Executive is one of the primary generators of profit for the company and will be responsible for going after net new logos in Manufacturing, Distribution, and Retail as well as to support in helping manage and grow the existing partner network. A successful Account Executive will not only identify opportunities; they create demand as well. After opportunity identification, Account Executives will assist with scoping work, defining requirements, quoting, and closing the deal.

Responsibilities:
- Prospecting, including sales campaigns and cold calling to target prospects
- Opportunity identification
- Sales cycle management
- Maintaining Salesforce accuracy on all opportunities
- Conducting market research
- Preparing proposals and quotes
- Attending conferences and networking events
- Closing business and generating revenue
- Manage customer expectations on cost containment, solution, ROI
- Good communication skills with customers, ability to proactively work with customers
- Hold status conference calls with customers to communicate updates
- Collaborate across company functions for alignment and customer handoffs
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, Business Administration preferred
- Three years of successful direct sales experience required
- Infor, Epicor, NetSuite or Acumatica experience preferred
- Technical understanding of the CRM system
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Has a track record of exceeding sales quotas
- Has developed go-to-market strategies and successfully implemented them
- Works well with leadership in receiving feedback
- Experience selling with partners is a plus but not required
- Very detail oriented
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- KPI driven
